Lorna M. Walker-Fleeks, known citywide as the "Tax Lady"
has been a professional tax accountant for more than twenty years, dealing with all matters of financial taxation, corporate
and individual.
Her expertise includes working with major CPA firms, Tax Resolution organizations, and computing
and resolving tax indebtedness problems as a Tax Examiner for the Internal Revenue Service.
In 1993, along with her partner and life companion, she formed InterConnections, "Reshaping Your
Financial Future", and began her own course of tax resolution and the financial reshaping of individual and corporate futures.
Her goal was to give individuals, and businesses a place where they could find solutions to the harassing
practices of the IRS when people found themselves owing considerable amounts of back taxes and were struggling to find ways
to satisfy those indebtedness issues.
Ms. Walker found that after working for a major tax advisory company, she could do the same thing
more efficiently and more cost effectively, offering clients a better solution to their tax problems. Ms. Walker also added a personal touch to the help they sought, while putting an end to the tax worries
most people experience when dealing with their tax indebtedness to the IRS.
